Description

The object of this Service Contract is the elaboration of the Feasibility Study Enlargement/Modernization DN Pasaj Domnesti, km 5+385 - km 6+790, in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications and the legislation in the field. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority shall set a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 11 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set so that economic operators would have an appropriate period to analyse the tender documentation and, subsequently, to draw up the tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority. In accordance with Article 104(8) of Law No 98/2016, the Contracting Authority opts for the subsequent purchase of new similar services from the tenderer whose tender will be declared successful in this public procurement procedure in the amount of RON 53 072.54, excluding VAT, the value representing 20% of the estimated value of the contract (of the estimated value of the contract without Implementation Reserves, the Project "Data Room", and without Advertising), and the Total Estimated Value (including similar services) will be: RON 359 971.51, exclusive of VAT. The minimum value of the range in Section II.1.5 is the estimated value of the present procedure, according to which the offer will be prepared and evaluated, and the maximum value of the range in Section II.1.5 is the estimated value containing both the estimated value of the present procedure and the value of possible similar new services in accordance with Article 104(8) of Law No 98/2016.
