Description

O presente caderno de encargos estabelece as condições jurídicas, técnicas e económicas a incluir no acordo quadro para a aquisição de licenciamento e manutenção de software Microsoft - Enterprise Agreement N.º 8826111 (ou equivalente e compatível com o licenciamento já existente), a ser contratada pela Central de Compras da Comunidade Intermunicipal do Alto Alentejo (CC-CIMAA) para os Municípios e Entidades que a integram, e para outras entidades que se encontrem submetidas ao Código dos Contratos Públicos (CCP), aprovado pelo DL n.º 18/2008, de 29 de Janeiro, alterado e republicado pelo decreto-Lei 111/2017, de 31 de agosto., que venham a aderir à CC-CIMAA, o que comporta a adesão aos seus princípios e à aceitação do seu Regulamento e das normas de execução emanadas pelos órgãos da CIMAA.
