Description

Vestland County intends to enter into a contract with RoadCap AS in order to test a concept with very quick set up of a tunnel portal. The concept means that a tunnel portal can be set up in an area at risk of avalanches in just a few days. This concept can reduce the risk for both road users and personnel. Vestland County will be the owner of the RoadCap portal, which will be installed at the eastern portal of the Liaros tunnel on county road 49.
