ces prestations s'adressent à des demandeurs d'emploi.Le marché public, issu de la présente consultation, sera conclu pour la Direction Régionale de Constructys Ile-De-France.Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre conclu sans montant minimum ni maximum, fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande (articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique).Cet accord-cadre est mono-attributaire.Le présent marché public est conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée de 12 mois.A l'issue de cette première période contractuelle, le marché public est reconductible tacitement 3 fois par nouvelle période de 12 mois.La première Poec de chaque lot devra impérativement débuter avant le 31 décembre 2021.Constructys s'engage à notifier le marché public pour le 25 novembre 2021 maximum
