The North Karelia Welfare Area makes a direct procurement of the customer-specific demanding 24-hour housing service required by the working-age services of family and social services from Attendo Pihka of Attendo Vehniän Koivukodit Oy for the contract period starting on 8 October 2025 and continuing until further notice. Among the service housing locations selected through the dynamic purchasing system (376629 / Social housing services), there is no place according to the customer's service needs.
