Description

The subject of the performance of the public contract (‘the public contract’) is the provision of accommodation and catering for participants in the Games of the XII Summer Olympics for Children and Youth of the Czech Republic 2026 (‘the 2026 Summer Olympics’) for their duration, i.e. the holding of an event from 21. 6. – 26. 6. 2026. Transactions include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Comprehensive accommodation: • total required capacity of beds: 3 160; • total number of nights 5 (from Sunday 21.6. to Friday 26.6.2026); • all required capacity of beds must be on the territory of the City of Prague; the contracting authority requires that, in the context of the creation of an ‘Olympic Village’, athletes be accommodated in groups according to sports • the accommodation offered must be in 1 – 4-bed rooms as specified by the contracting authority (specific layout of the rooms within 30 days of signing the contract) • type of accommodation – at least student type. 2. Comprehensive catering • the content of the required filling is the provision of meals in the form of half board (breakfast, dinner + departure package); • meals must be concentrated directly in or near the accommodation (within 10 min. walking distance); • the supplier must comply with the number of dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten, etc.) at the same price as for the normal diet; the number of such diets shall be supplied by the contracting authority to the supplier no later than 12. 6. 2026, • the diet will always be prepared fresh from quality raw materials in accordance with all legal and hygienic regulations governing the preparation and dispensing of meals; • breakfast/dinner in the period from Sunday 21.6. to Friday 26.6.2026 is required in the minimum range of 2.5 hours per day/meal.
