Description

1.4. Scope of the subject-matter of the contract:
The scope of the works includes the construction of a frontal dam with a crown row of 28.00 m above sea level. After the bulkhead, drainage will be provided for drainage of 10 cm diameter from ceramic tubes over a length of 990 m. The drainage will be arranged in the gravel crumb at a depth of approx. 8.0 m. The total length of the diaphragm around the tank is 1761 mb. Two-divil closures with extraction mechanisms are also foreseen to be installed on the existing weir dam in the body. In order to ensure communication around the tank, a penetrator shall be designed from 41 m long steel pipes and parameters according to the attached design documentation. Below the bottom of the River Dzierżęcinka, an extension of the existing casualty basin is planned by a 0.5 m thick rock mark-up ending with a piping of 2.5 m long. It is also intended to make a pass on the left side of the weir in the river, with 10 chambers of hydrotechnical concrete B25.
The contract shall also cover:
— surveying and as-built inventory,
— charges relating to the possible occupation of the road lane and the temporary seizure of land during the works,
— the execution of temporary works,
— construction, maintenance and decommissioning of commuting/crossing and traffic organisation for the duration of the construction,
— clean-up of the construction site after the works have been completed and restored to its original state,
— compensation for any damage connected with the operation of works caused to third parties or damage to public property.
