Die das Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobilität GmbH errichtet auf dem Betriebsdienstgelände der Markomannenstraße einen Neubau, das sogenannte Zuberhaus, mit Umkleideräumen und Duschen in schwarz-weiß-Trennung, Pausenbereich und Besprechungs- und Schulungsräumen.
