The subject of this work is the works and supplies for the work ‘Reconstruction of SCZT – variant 2a-2PK + variant 0 Hot water pipeline’, within the scope of the documentation for the selection of the contractor, the bill of quantities, technical specifications and user standards of the construction submitted by the contracting authority, including the activities resulting from the conditions and opinions set out in the planning decisions File No OVÚP/1117/21/Ka Ref. No OVÚP/6055/21/Ka of 29.07.2021 and File No OVÚR/278/08/Mar Ref. No OVÚP/1543/08 of 03.03.2008 on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the contracting authority to the contractor after the bilateral signature of this contract and the complete preparation of the documents for the successful approval of the work.
