Description

Design and execution of architectural works, partitions and finishes. Design, acquisition, installation, testing and commissioning of Electromechanical and low current installations. Design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of the taxiway, including the 3rd rail and air contact wire. Design and execution of dismantling and reassembly works of all existing installations and of the taxiway, on the areas affected by the construction of the resistance structure of the connection of Line 6 to Line 4. Number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders: 20. The time limit within which the procuring entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information is day 11 before the date set for the submission of tenders. Requests for clarifications relating both to this tender documentation and to the evaluation of the submitted tenders will be sent, in Romanian, exclusively to SEAP, taking into account the deadline for replying provided for in Articles 172-173 of Law No 99/2016, and METROREX S.A. will not comply with requests made by any other means of communication than that established in the tender documentation. The contracting entity shall reply only to requests for clarifications made by economic operators by the deadline set. The replies to the requests for clarifications will be published in Romanian in SEAP.
