Description

The contracting authority has set up a central accommodation unit (ZUE) for refugees on a former barracks in Hamm (Westf), which has been operational since August 2015 and has since been extended to include other accommodation buildings. A new building to expand the mensa is now planned for the increase in the number of inhabitants.
The subject of this invitation to tender is the ventilation installation for this construction project.
The construction work is to be carried out swiftly in order to ensure full mensa operation as soon as possible. Work must therefore be started and carried out swiftly and completed on time. Work is planned to start on the date indicated in point II.2.7 above. In order to ensure this short-term start of work with the necessary staff, the tenderer selected for the contract will be informed of its intention to award the contract no later than 10 calendar days before the award of the contract.
