Dalkia, through its dedicated company ESTER, is the new public service delegate, for the creation and operation of the heat network of the agglomeration of Saint-Nazaire over a period of 30 years. Eventually, by 2029, more than 110 subscribers will be connected to the heating network via 37 km of network. The main means of production will be a central biomass boiler plant that will be located in Montoir-de-Bretagne rue des Evens on a waste land near a GNV biogas station and a material depot.
