The Structural Metallurgy team of the Institut de Recherche de Chimie Paris, a joint research unit of Chimie ParisTech and the CNRS (UMR 8247) specialises in the development of new metallic materials for biomedical and aeronautical applications, and is at the forefront of the study of microstructure-mechanical properties relationships via microstructural characterisations under mechanical loading and/or temperature.
