The subject of this call for tenders is the commissioning of a company with the construction and operation of a gigabit infrastructure in the ‘grey NGA areas’ in the municipality of Schneverdingen in the Heidekreis district. The market investigation procedure has shown that currently 390 addresses (hereinafter ‘addresses’) are still underserved. The connection of these addresses to a gigabit network is the subject of this call for tenders. The gigabit-capable high-performance network to be built must ensure a symmetric supply of the addresses designated in the development area with a bandwidth of at least 1 Gbit/s (target bandwidth).
