De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van regulier schoonmaakonderhoud, specialistisch vloeronderhoud, glasbewassing en de inkoop en het aanvullen van sanitaire voorzieningen ten behoeve van de locaties van PRO8.
Deze aanbesteding is voorbehouden aan sociale werkvoorzieningen. Deze uitzondering houdt in dat alleen de sociale werkvoorzieningen mogen inschrijven die voldoen aan de eisen zoals gesteld in artikel 2:82 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012. De meerderheid van de in te zetten medewerkers moeten personen met een handicap zijn, die wegens de aard of ernst van hun handicap geen beroepsactiviteit in normale omstandigheden kunnen uitoefenen.
