Name of contract: ‘Framework contract for the provision of laundry services for Budapest Gyógyfürdői és Hévizei Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság’ (Framework contract) Type of procedure: Kbt. Part Two, open public procurement procedure pursuant to Section 81 (Public Procurement Procedure). The contracting authority (the contracting authority or the contracting authority or the contracting authority or the contracting authority) states that the requirements relating to the subject-matter of the public procurement (Services) and the ad hoc orders (Occasional Orders) that may be sent out by the contracting authority under the Framework Contract are set out in full in the procurement documents, in particular in the technical specifications (Technical Description) constituting Volume III of the tender documentation. The main features of the Services and the Framework Contract are set out in summary form below. The Framework Contract to be concluded shall be valid for 18 months from the date of its signature. Under the Framework Contract, the successful tenderer (AT or Tenderer or Contractor) must provide the laundry services detailed in the Technical Description in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s Occasional Orders. In doing so, the Contractor shall be responsible for the spas and beaches operated by the Customer and listed under the heading ‘Place of performance’ (each: Dispatch, washing, cleaning, drying, ironing, folding of the laundry textiles generated in the area of operation of the Site(s) concerned, and return of the clean textiles to the Site(s). During the term of the Framework Contract, AK shall make Ad-hoc Orders from the amount specified in this notice, specifying for the Contractor the location(s) from which the Contractor is to transport laundry textiles at given times and the expected quantity.
