Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with the assumption of responsibility for the deviation, the provision of distribution and the required services related to the supply and distribution of electricity for a period of 24 months from 01.01.2026 00:00 to 31.12.2027 24:00 in the case of OM concerning Handlová Primary Art School and OM concerning public lighting and from 10.02.2026 00:00 to 31.12.2027 24:00 in the case of other OM. For details, see section ‘B. Description of the subject of the contract’ of the procurement documents. The subject of the contract is to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the supply of electricity to organisations: Town Handlová, Kindergarten SNP Handlová, Elementary School Mierové námestie, Elementary School School School Handlová, Elementary Art School Handlová. A separate contract will be signed for each organisation associated in the occasional joint procurement.
