Οι προτεινόμενες εργασίες αφορούν παρεμβάσεις εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας και αναβάθμισης των Η/Μ υποδομών στο κτίριο, όπου συστεγάζονται το Πρότυπο Επαγγελματικό Λύκειο (Π.ΕΠΑ.Λ.) και το Δημόσιο Πειραματικό Ινστιτούτο Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης (Δ.Π.Ι.Ε.Κ.) Γλυφάδας, επί της οδού Ηλίου 17‐19, στην Γλυφάδα, προκειμένου έτσι να βελτιωθούν κάποιες από τις βασικές υποδομές και να αυξηθεί η ενεργειακή απόδοση του κτιρίου.
