The subject of the contract is the supply of registration plates in a full generic assortment in accordance with the requirements of the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251 as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 22 November 2024 on the registration and marking of vehicles, requirements for registration plates and models of other documents related to the registration of vehicles (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1709, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 2 May 2012 on the production conditions and method of distribution of registration plates and legalization marks (Journal of Laws 2022, item 1885, as amended) and the free collection and disposal of withdrawn registration plates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587).
