Description

The district of Schaumburg intends to re-use the former district hospital in Stadthagen. In the main building of the former hospital, one of the three major administrative sites of the district in Stadthagen will be created.
A specialist planner is sought for the execution of the technical installations in groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 in accordance with Section 53 of the HOAI in LPHs 3 and 5-9 (AGs 2, 3 and 8) and 5-9 (AG 1).
It is a 3-4 shot construction from 1936, which was gradually repurposed, expanded and partially renovated until 2015. In 2017, the clinic was withdrawn. The building is divided into components E, F, A and B. The main focus of the measure is the rehabilitation of zones E and F. Component A. Measures on component B are not part of this measure.
