The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a development concessionaire with the implementation of the development operation of the ZAC Charvas II pursuant to Articles L. 300-4 and R. 300-4 to R. 300-9 of the Urban Planning Code and Articles L. 3000-1 et seq. and R. 3111-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The launch of this planning concession procedure involving the transfer of economic risk was approved by a deliberation of the Community Council of the Community of Municipalities of the Pays de l'Ozon (CCPO) of 31 March 2025, also establishing the Planning Commission "à€ ̄Charvas II†̄".
