The purpose of this consultation is to set up a maintenance service for individual boilers (heating and domestic hot water production), VMC and water heaters/baths on the heritage of Nanterre Coop Habitat. The residences are spread over three local antennas: • Centre Antenna • Mont Valérien Antenna • Park Antenna listed in Annex II to the CCP. The services covered by this contract include: - The so-called P2 interview: o Periodic inspection, systematic preventive maintenance; o Corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and emergency response; o replacement of small defective and consumable parts; o Labour force; o Travelling. - The so-called P3 maintenance – Total guarantee: o Repairs; o replacement of defective parts; o Labour force; o Travelling. - The replacement of equipment on the unit price schedule (Annex B to the act of commitment) or on presentation of an estimate where the services are not covered by P2 or P3. - Regulatory audits.
