Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a towed sweeper – 1 piece. 2. The sweeper is to be connected to the municipal tractor brand Zetor Proxima HS 110 year of production 2020 (which is owned by the Employer). 2. The sweeper must be complete, free from physical defects (construction, materials, workmanship), technical and legal, it must not be a prototype or device made for the purpose of this order, it must be mass-produced, not withdrawn from production, produced in 2024 or 2025, meeting all the requirements contained in the documentation of the procedure, in particular Annex 1 - OPZ; it is possible to submit a tender with parameters higher (better) than described. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, supplementing the above information, is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 4. The contractor must provide a minimum of 12 months warranty for the sweeper. 5. The subject of the contract is also delivery to the place of delivery of the sweeper indicated by the Ordering Party and training of at least 4 employees in the operation of the sweeper; the Contractor is obliged to calculate these activities in the price of the sweeper. 5. The contracting authority requires the necessary adaptation of the tractor, which will operate the sweeper in question (and is listed in point 2), to all the necessary connections and control elements of the sweeper. Tractor adaptation will be required for the protocol handover of the machine from the supplier, after checking the correct operation of the sweeper. The contracting authority shall make available the tractor in question in order to become acquainted with the technical condition and its equipment.
