Description

BWI GmbH (hereinafter: "BWI") is considering concluding a framework contract with the manufacturers Samsung SDS Europe (Lot 1) and Glenair GmbH (Lot 2) in the context of a negotiated procedure without participation competition pursuant to §§ 12 (1) no. 1 lit. b) sublit. aa), 14 (3) sentence 1 VSVgV. The aim of this framework contract is to provide military units of the Bundeswehr with the required services immediately and as quickly as possible with an acute need for combat clients, so that they can be used directly in missions and mission-level obligations. The framework contract will be divided into 2 lots with a total contract value of EUR 24,803,433.33 and a ceiling of EUR 37,205.150. The content of the framework contract is the procurement of tactical mobile terminals with mobile phone accessories, the procurement of software for the control and management of the tactical mobile phone terminals (lot 1) as well as the procurement of bodyhubs with accessories (lot 2) and the procurement of further services in connection with the other services of the framework contract. The framework agreement has an initial duration of 36 months, which can be extended once by 12 months.
