EE-Tallinn: software development services
The aim of the NAP project is to create a sub-system of the composition of the MKR (Taxable Persons Register) that:
1. manages various claims and obligations of courts and prosecution services (including guarantees, state fees, commercial register fines) and other accounting information movements;
2. are suitably interlinked (as a rule via X-Road services) with procedural information systems that determine the corresponding requirements and obligations.
The deadline for the production of the system is 1.10.2013.
The NAP project develops the necessary official applications to work with the NAP (analogue of the Environmental Agency’s civil servants application).
It is expected that the NAP subsystem will, to the maximum extent possible, make use of the functionality and principles existing in the MKR (further development where necessary).
The addition of the NAP subsystem shall ensure that the existing functionality of the entire MKR continues to operate without significantly affecting the current operating speed of the system.
In accordance with the needs of the contracting authority, unspecified development works related to the project/MKR awarded at the time of the call for tenders will be commissioned from the winner of the call for tenders.
