Description

The subject of the procurement is a framework agreement through which the right to participate in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree programmes is acquired in order to develop the competence of the management of the Pirkanmaa Welfare Area in accordance with the organisation's strategic objectives. The procurement is divided into two areas according to the focus of the training: Sub-area 1) EMBA in General Management (EMBA) Sub-area 2) EMBA in Social and Health Care Management (sote-EMBA) A maximum of two (2) Suppliers will be selected for each sub-area. Tenderers may submit tenders in one or both areas. The same Provider may be chosen as the Supplier for both areas, provided that the Supplier fulfils the specified requirements. Through the framework agreement, the Client acquires individual study places for the Suppliers' existing training programmes, of which the persons in charge of the wellbeing services county choose the most suitable for themselves. The estimated number of entrants per year is between 0 and 5 persons. The contract period is two (2) years and begins with the signature of the contract. Subsequently, the Subscriber has the right to extend the agreement for one (1) two (2) year option period. The total duration of the contract with a possible option period is thus a maximum of four (4) years.
