Bei dem derzeitigen System im Rudolf Virchow Klinikum Glauchau gGmbH handelt es sich ein System MiVoice MX-One des Herstellers Mitel. Die Infrastruktur ist gekauft. Der vorhandene Vollwartungsvertrag existiert mit dem Unternehmen Ostertag De-TeWe.
