Description

The target of the procurement is food delivered for use in the kitchens (production, heating and service kitchens) of the City of Rovaniemi and the Rovaniemi Joint Municipal Authority for Education. The procurement is divided into sub-packages as follows: - Dry and preserved products - Frozen products - Dairy products - Meat and meat products - Fish and fish products - Plant protein products. Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more/all lots. The City of Rovaniemi and the Rovaniemi Joint Municipal Authority for Education will comply with the national nutritional quality criteria for food services in the procurement of products and in the preparation of food, as well as the recommendations of the National Nutrition Advisory Board on the nutritional conditions of food. The customer's current locations and delivery times are described in Annex 2 "Points and frequency of delivery" to the invitation to tender. The number of outlets, locations, product volumes and delivery rhythm may change during the contract period as the kitchen network changes, e.g. when the kitchen ceases to function or a new site is commissioned, or the nature of the operations changes permanently or seasonally. The Customer shall notify of any changes without delay. During the contract period, the customer reserves the right to change the production methods or production volumes, as a result, the customer does not commit to certain procurement volumes during the contract period.
