Description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of ‘Air Conditioning Units’, by concluding a 4-month public contract, divided into 2 lots, as follows: Lot 1 - Split wall air conditioning units - Air conditioning 9000 BTU - 15 pieces; - Air conditioning 12000 BTU - 17 pieces; - Air conditioning 18000 BTU - 4 pieces; - Air conditioning 24000 BTU - 4 pieces. Lot 2 - Refrigerator close control - Refrigerator close control - 2 pieces. Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information: A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. If these deadlines end on non-working days, the Contracting Authority will reply on the last working day before that deadline.
