Description

Im Rahmen des FABB3 Projektes in Neustadt (W.) sollen Sanierungsmaßnahmen an dem Empfangsgebäude stattfinden. Dieser Vorgang bezieht sich auf die Dachdecker- und Kaminbauarbeiten. Das Gebäude hat ein steileres Walmdach im Mittelflügel, die Seitenflügel bestehen aus je zwei Pultdachbereichen an die ein Bereich mit Walmdächern angeschlossen ist. Die Walmdächer haben eine Fläche von insg. 850 m², die Flächen vom Pultdach betragen etwa 580 m². Geplant ist der Abbruch der alten Dacheindeckung und das Herstellen einer neuen Dacheindeckung. Da das Gebäude unter Denkmalschutz steht, sind die Bedingungen des Denkmalschutzes einzuhalten. Der historische Kamin soll 1:1 wieder aufgebaut werden.
