B inbjuder till att lämna anbud på en eller flera delar (entreprenadområden) avseende tillsyn och skötsel enligt upphandlingsdokumenten. Uppdraget avser arbeten så som yttre skötsel, markskötsel och tillsyn av Nybro Bostads utemiljö, uppdelat i olika entreprenadområden med olika antal fastigheter, mestadels utifrån geografisk placering enligt bifogad områdesindening inkl objektsbeskrivningar. Anbudet ska innefatta samtliga aktiviteter som finns upptagna i ”Tjänstebeskrivning (S-SD)” för det eller de entreprenadområden som offereras, där förvaltningsobjekt finns fysiskt på fastigheten, och förevisa pris på årsbasis och område.
