Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust requires a managed service to cover the repair and maintenance of its estate of approximately 100 sites. These varied sites include mental health hospitals, clinics, residential accommodation, offices & support premises.
A summary of the services to be included within the contract includes:
— Buildings day to day and planned preventative maintenance services.
— Mechanical and electrical day to day and planned preventative maintenance services.
— Out of hours emergency repair service.
— Grounds Maintenance.
— Dedicated Helpdesk service.
