1. The subject-matter of the contract includes: 1) Collection services of municipal waste generated by residents of the Municipality of Lubsko from residential real estate (single-family and multi-family) and municipal waste generated on non-residential real estate covered by the municipal municipal waste management system, including: a) collecting unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, b) collecting separately collected waste (waste collected in a manner consistent with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Lubsko), c) collecting all waste located in the place where the containers are set up, within a radius of 1 m from the containers (bags) next to inhabited real estate, d) running a Customer Service Office (open from 700 to 1500 from Monday to Friday) in the city of Lubska, whose task will be to: - issuing bags for separate collection of waste, - issuing calendars with a schedule for the collection of municipal waste, - accepting interested parties, - selling or leasing containers for municipal waste.
