Description

This contract concerns the purchase, delivery, management and monitoring of subscriptions to periodicals for the City of Saint-Martin-d'Hères. The departments concerned are: - the Documentation-Archives service, which provides City agents with magazines and periodicals intended to accompany them in the exercise of their public service mission, - the City's media libraries, which offer users magazines and periodicals primarily intended for a wide audience. The services consist of subscribing, in good time, to subscriptions and re-subscriptions with publishers (excluding online database), monitoring distribution, monitoring deadlines, processing and settling invoices with each publisher and sending summary invoices to the services, taking into account subscription changes or new subscriptions, forwarding claims to each publisher
