Description

The municipality has the ambition to realize a new Multifunctional Center (MFC) in Feanwâlden. The MFC will be an important meeting place for residents, athletes and pupils. The goal is to realize a sustainable and functional building that meets the needs of the users and fits well with the environment. The assignment mainly includes the execution of the design work for the new building of the MFC. The architect is asked to make an integral design for the building and the direct outdoor space. On the basis of an SO, the realisation of the building and the square will be accommodated by one contractor. The architect also acts as the design coordinator and manages the process. In addition, the architect must put together the design team with the various advisors. The contract mainly involves the execution of the design work for the new building for the MFC Feanwalden. The following phases will be requested from the architect: • Sketch design/Preliminary design; • Final Design (incl. Building Permit); • Technical Design/Cutlery; • Aesthetic performance guidance. Applications for the necessary planning procedures (including environmental permits) are also part of the assignment. In the Award phase, a DNR-STB list of tasks and participation in the project organisation will be provided. The architect also acts as the design coordinator and manages the process. In addition, the architect must put together the design team with the various advisors. This includes consultants for construction, installation (E/W/T), building physics and fire safety. This is in scope of the assignment. The total assignment value and task setting budget has been provisionally set at €525,000 (price fixed up to and including the end of work). This also applies as a maximum ceiling amount and budget for the execution of this contract. The total contract value is based on a size of the MFC of 4960m2. As described in section 1.3 of the Selection Guide, the final size of the MFC will be determined at the award stage. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
