The subject of the contract is Delivery and service support of complex hospital information system (KNIS) for the needs of Liptovská Hospital with polyclinic MUDr. Ivan Stodola Liptovský Mikuláš, including the supply of technical and application equipment for production and testing environments, data backup, data migration from the current hospital information system Clinicom CC, S4M at least in the range of complete medical data on all patients, ensuring functionality, reliability, availability of the system and all this in terms of efficiency and minimisation of costs. The delivery also includes the necessary infrastructure to support all processes and activities related to the performance of the subject of the contract. The contracting authority shall require tenderers to provide service support to the extent specified in the draft contract for a period of at least 48 months. Part of the service support is the provision of methodological hot-line telephone support at least on working days (8 x 5). The contracting authority requires tenderers to be able to report faults in the 24/7 system.
