Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of medical services involving psychiatric examinations of persons detained for the purposes of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz.
2. The Contractor undertakes to provide the following medical services to persons detained by the Contracting Authority’s officers:
(1) a medical examination in the field of psychiatry of persons brought to the place where the examinations meet the conditions laid down in Section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration of 21 June 2002 on medical examinations of persons detained by the Police (Journal of Journal of Laws No 97, item 880) and intended to be placed in the detainees’ room,
(2) the issue of a medical certificate stating the absence or existence of medical contraindications to the presence of the detained person in the detention room and the reasons therefor,
(3) prescribe essential medicines.
