The subject of the contract is the supply to the Ordering Party of brand new electric buses along with the supply, installation and commissioning of the charging infrastructure and the execution of construction works necessary for its creation and training of the Ordering Party's staff. The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply described in detail in the FTZ: -10 new, zero-emission, MAXI class city buses, single-section, low-floor electric buses of one brand with the parameters indicated in the SWZ, -5 new stationary electric double chargers with the parameters indicated in the SWZ, -1 new factory, container transformer station for powering stationary electric double chargers, -1 new factory, stationary, electric fast charging station equipped with an inverted pantograph, -1 new factory, mobile charging station for vehicles with a capacity of 40 kW.
