Description

The Ordering Party plans to carry out orders successively depending on the needs. The contracting authority currently provides for the division of this contract into 33 lots. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of pharmaceutical products and estimated quantities, will be specified in the Price Assortment Form, which is an annex to the FTZ. The pharmaceutical products covered by this notice were the subject of a procurement procedure carried out in 2025, procedure Nos 8/ZP/PN/25 and 22/ZP/PN/25. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the applicable law, must be admitted to trading and have the documents required by law, confirming the admission to use in Poland. The subject of the contract must be allowed to be marketed and used in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001. Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750) and hold a MZ registration certificate. Detailed information on the order, including estimated quantities of pharmaceutical products and division into individual parts will be available on the Purchaser's platform: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/centrumpluc/proceedings and in a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
