Description

The framework agreement will be implemented by issuing order forms. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts correspond to the maximum amounts for all members of the group and for the total duration of the contract. This consultation is launched as part of a grouping of orders governed by the provisions of Order No. 2015-899 of 23 July 2015, between SNA, the municipalities that are members of the grouping of orders, the SIVOS, the CCAS de Vernon, the CIAS de SNA and the Office de Tourisme Communautaire de SNA. In accordance with Articles L.2113-6 to L.2113.8 of the Public Order Code, a constitutive agreement for a grouping of orders was concluded in 2021 with a view to subscribing to framework agreements relating to the purchase of cleaning and hygiene products and articles, as well as single-use kitchen articles.
