Le présent marché fixe plusieurs objectifs majeurs qui sont : Isolation du bâtiment afin de garantir une meilleure performance énergétique; Réfection des toitures défectueuses ; Réhabilitation des espaces sportifs et vestiaires pour une utilisation conforme et agréable pour les sportifs - Valorisation du patrimoine immobilier de la ville. Le délai d'exécution prévisionnel, hors période de préparation, est de 7 Mois, du 7 JUILLET 2025 au 6 FEVRIER 2026. Période de préparation de 4 semaines à compter du 10 JUIN 2025 jusqu'au 4 JUILLET 2025. Le phasage des travaux envisagé est divisé en 4 parties avec les dates butoirs de fin de travaux suivantes : Phase 1 : Réhabilitation Salle de gym - 10 octobre 2025 Phase 2 : Extension salle de gym - 19 décembre 2025; Phase 3 : Réhabilitation salle SAMOURAIS - 30 janvier 2026 Phase 4 : Réhabilitation salles DURUY et PETIPA - 06 février 2026
