Description

The subject of the public contract is the performance of public passenger transport services in public rail passenger transport in order to ensure transport services within the operating group ‘Ještědská železnice II’ in a part of the territory of the Liberec Region with overlaps to neighbouring regions, in accordance with Act No 129/2000 on regions, as amended, and Section 2 of the PSO. The subject-matter of the contract shall be performed on the basis of a contract concluded by the contracting authority with the supplier submitting the most economically advantageous tender. The contract will be concluded as a gross contract, where the opportunities and risks associated with the time development of the amount of revenues will be fully borne by the contracting authority.
