The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide quick interpreting services for Kela's service situations where an interpreter is needed to resolve the matter. Fast interpreting can be used in situations where it has not been possible to order a community interpreter in advance and the need for services cannot be met quickly enough by other means. Fast interpreting refers to a remote interpreting service where the interpreter is contacted by phone using a mobile device in an instant interpreting application provided by the service provider without a pre-order. SCOPE OF THE FRAMEWORK SYSTEM: The estimated value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, during the agreement period is between EUR 800,000 and EUR 1,000,000, including the option periods.
