France-Paris: IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support
In view of the development challenges and the growth in the number of projects to be managed, the complexity of organisations and business processes, it is necessary for the GrDF Development Tools Pole to use external support for the production of deliverables and the implementation of activities in order to meet the needs of the profession in line with what is currently being done.
These services will be broken down according to the lots below:
LOT A: Assistance in managing commercial works.
This service covers the need for assistance to contract management, ranging from the specification of the requirements expressed by the contract managers or their representatives to their release into production.
LOT B: Support and assistance to users (commercial trades).
This service covers the need for centralised business user support for all applications in the Development Directorate. The support and support function for users also supports the Amoa for recipe or operations on the data collected (production of management lists, integration of external lead in Siag).
LOT C: Support for marketing work management.
This service covers the need for Project Management Assistance for the Marketing and BDD Pole, which wishes to rely on an external service provider to manage and administer its databases.
LOT D: Analysis of the basic Agile Marketing; analysis of the existing one and recommendations.
This service must make it possible to have a zero point of knowledge in the ‘Agile Marketing Space’ database by segment and to carry out the recommendations, followed by the action plan and, finally, monitoring the achievement of objectives.
