The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance in production mode of elements of the System for Psychological and Pedagogical Clinics. The subject of the contract also includes the update, development and extension of the above System. The Ordering Party is responsible for providing up-to-date licenses for Standard Software and Infrastructure. Maintenance in production mode means: programming services for the purposes of maintaining the PPP System in operation, system administration services consisting in administering the resources described in the OPZ, performing all technical activities as part of the service provided. Development work - the number of hours of development work on the System related to design, testing, implementation amounts to 10 000 man-hours for the entire duration of the contract.
