Public libraries (PIKI libraries) of municipalities that have signed a cooperation agreement for libraries in Pirkanmaa are in a situation where the contracts for the purchase of printed literature are about to expire, and the new tendering procedure is topical. The joint intention of the municipalities is to tender the procurement of printed literature as a joint procurement ring for PIKI libraries.
