Description

1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje „Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej wraz ze sprawowaniem nadzoru autorskiego dla zadania: Osiedle Dąbie - przebudowa ulic. ETAP: III”, tj.:
1) Sporządzenie dokumentacji projektowej w zakresie określonym w Programie Funkcjonalno – Użytkowym dla zadania „Osiedle Dąbie – przebudowa ulic Etap III”.
2) Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji administracyjnej na realizację inwestycji drogowej.
3) Sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego w trakcie realizacji robót.
