House and stoepop clearances
Contracting authority has an expiring Agreement for house and stoepop clearances. The current supplier will carry out this work until the end of 2025. The contracting authority intends to start the new contract with effect from 01-01-2026. The average annual cost was around €60,000. On the basis of a comparable need in the coming contract period, the contract value is estimated at € 250,000,- excluding VAT. This estimate is considered to be the fair value of the contract. In order to avoid premature exhaustion of the framework agreement, a margin of 20% has also been included in order to be able to cope with any unforeseen circumstances or an increase in demand. This means that the maximum value of the framework agreement is € 300,000, excluding VAT. The estimate and the fixed maximum value have been drawn up to indicate the size of the contract and together form the basis for the chosen procurement procedure.
