PROVISION OF FOOD PRODUCTS according to the attached specifications and Annex no. 1 to the specifications. 12-month framework agreement with a single economic operator. The framework agreement may be extended in terms of quantity and value in accordance with the legislation in force, depending on the existing budget. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITATIONS OF THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT REGISTERED IN SPECIFICATIONS. MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM QUANTITATIONS OF SUBSEQUENCY CONTRACTS REGISTERED IN ANNEX N° 1 TO SPECIFICATIONS Subsequent contracts related to the Framework Agreement will be signed twice a year or depending on the need and budgetary availability of the Contracting Authority. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: Twelve days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The quantitative and qualitative reception of the product is made at the final destination, namely Campina Municipal Hospital - food store. In case of finding quantitative shortages or qualitative differences, the beneficiary has the right to claim it through the buyer within 48 hours from the opening of the package(s) containing the product and the supplier undertakes to complete / replace the product within 24 hours. Food will be delivered twice a week. In exceptional cases, at the request of the contracting authority, the supplier has the obligation to deliver an additional order.
The transport shall be carried out by means which ensure throughout the transport that the nutritional, organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological characteristics are kept unchanged and are authorised from a veterinary health point of view.
The products will be delivered in such a way that they correspond to the description of the minimum technical characteristics in the specifications.
Upon receipt of the goods, the products will be in the first part of the shelf life
The contracting authority reserves the right to refuse the products that are in the second part of the warranty period. This measure should be taken to avoid the production of food poisoning or other diseases caused by poor food quality.
