Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is a contract for the collection, transport and recovery of waste paper, including the provision of containers for the properties listed in the Annex. The client manages properties of the state of Schleswig-Holstein and is also responsible for initiating proper waste disposal. In addition to GMSH's collection points, the call for tenders also includes collection points for other participants (see Annex). During the term of the contract, the client and the participants in the call for tenders are entitled to have paper collected, transported and used in newly added properties under the terms of the contract. Existing properties can also be eliminated by decommissioning or disposal. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The expected annual amounts of waste were determined on the basis of data from 2023 and 2024. The client does not guarantee the quantities of waste. Variations in quantities are possible. Maximum values are to be taken from the individual lots. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________ A separate contract document will be drawn up by GMSH and the successful tenderer for the framework agreement (see Annex “Model of the framework agreement”). The individual participants in the call for tenders will be subject to waste management contracts for the individual participants with the successful tenderer, including rules on invoicing and proof of proper disposal (see Annex “Model of waste management contract”) under the Framework Agreement. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ When collecting, transporting and recycling, the relevant provisions (e.g. the Circular Economy Act, the Regulation on the European Waste List) and succession regulations in the current version are decisive. This also includes the consideration of ecological and social concerns, e.g. in route planning and the selection of the vehicles used. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
